“ No smoking. Unlike the shop on the second floor. Take the escalator to the front of the third floor. There are seven small round tables and three high stools. It's quite bleak and not relaxing. No one is relaxing here, so it's probably the perfect place for breakfast. [It's in a newly built building, so it's a hidden gem for now.] ”

Cafes like this are often located in the basement and dimly lit, but this one is on the third floor and surrounded by glass, so it's bright, open and perfect. Many of the customers are people who work in the building, so the cash register and counter can get busy depending on the time of day, but it's generally quiet. ”

The portion of pasta was small but there was plenty of mentaiko, so it was a little too spicy for my liking... It came with a cafe latte, so it was discounted to 1,050 yen. The solo seat by the window was very relaxing. ”
